Sales Representative
Scope of Role:
- Find sales opportunities for our flagship product, WinFDS
- Demonstrate the capabilities of WinFDS to potential customers whether in-person or over the web
- Complete the entire sale cycle from identification to closure
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify sales opportunities
- Engage with prospective customers to determine their business needs in order to sell WinFDS and related services
- Understand the functions and features of WinFDS and be able to comfortably present and demonstrate WinFDS
- Understand the Food Services industry and be able to work with executive level contacts in the industry
- Work with the Pre-Sales resources to respond to a prospect’s technical questions or issues during the sales cycle
- Keep up to date with the latest features in WinFDS
- Understand and follow MAA’s sales methodology
- Understand and keep up to date with competitive products and technology
Qualifications and Competencies – Must Have:
- Minimum 3 years proven sales experience in distribution, warehouse management, supply chain or logistics software
- Ability to make persuasive presentations, demonstrate software, and listen effectively
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent customer facing skills
- Strong negotiation skills
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to learn and the ability to grasp new ideas and information quickly
- Strong business acumen; understand the link between business need and application of technology
- Experience in Food manufacturing or distribution industry (Nice to have)
- Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment and be self-directed
- Willingness and ability to travel across North America occasionally

Implementation Consultant
We are currently looking for an Implementation Consultant who will “DELIVER THE PROMISE” through our SURESTART IMPLEMENTATION STRATEGY.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall success of a customer project. Acts as primary contact for the project.
- Provides implementation management by executing projects according to SURESTART. Understands MAA's contractual commitment, and coordinates internal sales handoff. Ensures that statement of work is created, understood, and sustained throughout the project by all project stakeholders. Identifies implementation tasks and assigns responsibilities. Provides and maintains a detailed schedule of activities. Ensures that implementation status is communicated to all project stakeholders. Manages project control documents. Sets and meets project expectations. Identifies areas for improvement, and provides quality assurance for implementation. Ensures that the customer understands when the contract commitment has been satisfied.
- Provides resource management by proactively communicating schedules and open issues with customer and MAA resources. Assists in resource conflict resolution with MAA and customer resources.
- Provides project budget management by monitoring and reporting actual expenses with project budget to customer's project manager. Approves invoicing of time for the project.
- Develops application knowledge, project management skills, and application administration and reporting skills.
- Provides application-level training and consulting as needed in particular areas of expertise.
- Responsible for setting deadlines for assigned projects. He/she should be able to independently make decisions to meet these deadlines.
Qualifications
- Strong experience with the implementation of ERP software solutions or business solutions is necessary, with preference in the Food Industry, Warehousing and Distribution.
- Proactive organizational skills and vision.
- Ability to work with company management to identify and remove obstacles that inhibit the delivery of quality products and services.
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic business plans.
- Ability to develop relationships with customer's executive management.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and networking.
Working conditions
- Able to travel by air or car. Travel required is 75 percent. Typical travel is one to two weeks per month on a customer site and balance at our offices in Richmond Hill.
- Possess a valid driver's license, and ability to travel into the United States.
