Victor Attard, President & CEO

Victor provides overall solution development leadership at MAA. As a co-founder in 1978, he has been working on product architecture and design since the company’s inception. Victor’s leadership in solution direction has resulted in over 200 companies implementing MAA’s Food Industry software solutions. With over 33 years in the IT industry, Victor holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Malta.

Dwight Presley, Director of Technical Support

Dwight has over 30 years of experience in the IT industry. Dwight joined MAA in 1990 and he has held various responsibilities in product development from new product releases to custom modifications. He has also held client relationship responsibility during his tenure at MAA. . Previous to joining MAA, Dwight held similar roles at DE Systems. Dwight has an education in Mathematics from Carleton University and Computer Programming at Algonquin College.

Doug Hoyle , Director of Sales & Marketing

Doug joined MAA to lead the company’s sales and marketing efforts. Doug has over 15 years Supply Chain Management experience as well as extensive expertise consulting and implementing IT solutions in the Food Services Industry.  He has provided leadership to sales teams for several industry leading supply chain software companies.  His focus on customer centric selling will ensure that customer needs are the primary concern of the sales team.  Doug holds an MSc in Operations Research from Royal Military College and CPIM accreditation.
